Mögliches .HTACCESS-Problem

Ich führe ein YouTube-Klonskript auf einer lokalen Installation von XAMPP über einen Windows 7-Computer aus. Nach der Installation kann ich die Homepage sehen, aber wenn ich über einen Link oder eine direkte URL zu einer anderen Seite navigiere, wird der Fehler 404 "Objekt nicht gefunden" angezeigt. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass dies etwas mit meiner .htaccess-Datei zu tun haben könnte, aber nicht zu 100%.

Meine Site wird auf einem virtuellen Host über dev.mywebsite.com eingerichtet und zeigt auf einen Ordner auf meinem lokalen Computer.
