Ich kann Ihre Ergebnisse mit der Snap-Version von Ubuntu make bestätigen, entfernen wir sie also

sudo snap remove ubuntu-make

Und dann installieren Sie die Version aus dem Repository

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-make

Dann installieren Sie NetBeans IDE mit dem umakeBefehl:

umake ide netbeans

Dann abmelden oder neu starten.
Sie finden NetBeans unter Applications-> Programming-> Netbeans IDE oder führen Sie es mit dem netbeansBefehl aus.

Ja, wiki.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-make sagt, dass es nicht mit Snap ... Blech funktioniert.
