Wie installiere ich MS-Schriftarten unter Ubuntu?

Ich habe sudo apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installeres getan und es scheint, dass es erfolgreich ist. Aber warum sehe ich keine neuen Schriftarten? (zB wenn ich in meinem Profil die Schriftart für mein Terminal auswählen muss)?

Die Schriftarten wurden definitiv korrekt installiert, heißt es im Protokoll.

Ihr Problem liegt jedoch wahrscheinlich weniger in der Tatsache, dass die Schriftarten nicht in der Liste enthalten sind, sondern in der Tatsache, dass Sie versuchen, die falschen Schriftarten zu verwenden. Der GUI-Terminalprofil-Manager ermöglicht standardmäßig nur die Auswahl von Schriftarten mit fester Breite oder Monospace . Das heißt, eine Schriftart, mit der Sie sehen können (wenn Sie es definitiv auf dem Terminal wollen), ob die msfontsvon Ubuntu aus zugänglich sind oder nicht, wäre die Courier New.

Sie sollten jedoch auch in LibreOffice verfügbar sein.

Es gibt möglicherweise eine Möglichkeit, die Anzeige einer Nicht-Monospace-Schriftart im Terminal zu erzwingen, indem die Profildateien so geändert werden, dass sie auf die richtige Schriftart verweisen. Dies wird jedoch nicht empfohlen, da Monospace-Schriftarten nur für die Textformatierung vorgesehen sind (z. B. ASCII-Zeichnungen, Zeichen) -basierte Tabellen) möglich.

Greifen Sie in LibreOffice Writer auf Extras -> Optionen -> Schriftarten zu. Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Ersatztabelle anwenden. Ersetzen Sie eine Schriftart, die Sie nicht möchten, durch die, die Sie verwenden. Writer scheint zu diesem Zeitpunkt alle neuen Schriftarten verfügbar zu machen.
