Beim Versuch, VMWARE-WORKSTATION zu starten, wird die folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:
Bevor Sie VMware ausführen können, müssen mehrere Module kompiliert und in den Kernel CANCEL / INSTALL geladen werden
Keine Fehler, wenn ich INSTALL wähle, passiert nichts, schließt einfach.
Ich installiere manuell:
sudo apt-get installiere open-vm-tools open-vm-tools-dev open-vm-dkms open-vm-toolbox open-vm-tools-dev
Aber bereits auf die neuesten Versionen installiert.
Ich werde ein Kopfgeld erheben, um das zu beheben.

Ich glaube, das Problem ist, dass Sie die falschen Kernel-Header haben. Es sieht so aus, als würde einer dieser Vorschläge versuchen, Kernel-Header für 3.9.0 zu verwenden. Verwendet 13.04 nicht die Kernel-Version 3.88? Versuchen Sie, die Kernel-Header von apt abzurufen.
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r)
(von nixCraft ausgeliehen )und versuchen Sie es dann erneut zu installieren

Ich hatte genau das gleiche Problem beim Upgrade von 12.10 auf 13.04. Wenn ich VMware starte, erhalte ich die gleiche Meldung:

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem, das Kombinieren einiger der oben genannten Lösungen hat für mich funktioniert. Ich bin ein Entwickler, also hatte ich bereits die neuesten Linux-Header, aber nur für den Fall, dass Sie dies nicht tun
Ein paar Fehler wurden geworfen, trotzdem funktioniert es jetzt einwandfrei.
Es ist zu beachten, dass diese Methode mit VMWare Player und nicht mit Workstation getestet wurde (mein Workstation-Schlüssel ist veraltet, die neueste Version ist Version 7).
