Ich habe eine NetCDF-Datei, die Daten für die Anzahl der Regentage in Großbritannien enthält. Ich möchte es in ein GeoTIFF konvertieren, kann GDAL jedoch nicht korrekt georeferenzieren. Siehe Dumps von gdalinfo unten.
Ich möchte ein einzelnes Band-TIFF, das die Variable "raindays_tmean_abs" zeigt. Die Variablen "lat" und "lon" scheinen vernünftige Min / Max-Werte zu haben, um die Daten über Großbritannien zu übertragen, aber wenn ich sie mit gdal_translate konvertiere, landet sie vor der Westküste Afrikas.
Es wird eine Warnung angezeigt, dass die erste Dimension keine "Zeit- oder vertikale" Dimension ist. Ich habe gelesen, dass gdal erwartet, dass die Daten in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge vorliegen. Vielleicht ist dies das Problem, aber ich weiß nicht, wie ich sie ändern soll.

Ihre netcdf verwendet ein gedrehtes Polgitter. GDAL kann damit nicht umgehen.
Es gibt ein Ticket dafür: http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/4285, das eine Problemumgehung bietet.
GMT hat ein Tool namens,
grdrotater
das mit gedrehten Stangen arbeiten kann, aber ich habe es noch nicht verwendet.Wenn Sie an GRASS gewöhnt sind, können Sie diese Problemumgehung ausprobieren:

Haben Sie versucht, es mit gdal_translate zu konvertieren?
Normalerweise sollte es mit einer der beiden Möglichkeiten funktionieren:
Erste Lösung: Extrahieren Sie jeden Subdataset manuell
Zweite Lösung: Lassen Sie gdal die Unterdatensätze automatisch extrahieren
Die zweite Lösung extrahiert alle Unterdatensätze in separate Dateien.

Ihre Pixelgröße ist in Ihren Dateien unterschiedlich, GDAL beschwert sich darüber, siehe:
Afaik, Sie müssen die gleiche Pixelgröße haben. Sie müssten Ihr Raster dafür neu abtasten oder das Raster von Grund auf neu erstellen. GMT ist dafür ein gutes Werkzeug.
